Opposite the beach of Comillas. Perfect location between the town center and the promenade and beach of Comillas. Garage in the urbanization. Fully equipped including linens and towels are ideal for families with children (with travel cot for the little ones), because of its proximity to the Comillas beach, blue flag, playgrounds, restaurants and cafés. Privileged location. Travel cot if needed along with a bath for the baby. bathroom with Gel and Shampoo. Hair dryer. Dehumidifier. Kettle and Nespresso. 2 private gardens available; one connected to the kitchen and with access from the same (ideal for breakfast by solecito at that time) and the other overlooking the perfect beach for lunch or dinner with family (with part sun and part shade for both taste) . WiFi urbanization, communal gardens and swimming pool with cold water shower and hot water. Three entrances to the complex depending on where you're located (beach, town center or Park Güell and Martos). Perfect location, already Comillas is a very quiet town but this area is privileged; two gardens: one forward connected to the kitchen about 12 meters and a rear overlooking the sea (Comillas beach just 200 meters), with entrance from the living room of about 25 meters; 150 meters from the park Marqués de Comillas and the Mirador de Santa Lucía, 7 km from the natural beach of Oyambre, 10 km of Santillana del Mar, 12 km to Suances, Camino de Santiago, 14 km Redwood Forest 10 km to San Vicente de la Barquera, 20 km to Torrelaguna and 35 km to Santander and Cabarceno Natural Park. Beach 200 meters. Promenade lined with restaurants and shops. Village 200 meters. own garage with a large square. HOUSE RULES: Careful behavior as his own home. Contact the times they need. Full equipped. Welcome! The house and have prepared to enter and always enjoy please follow the instructions. In any case you doubt that you may have have me at your disposal. Boiler and electricity is connected. You have linens and bath towels for each of you. Your garage in this room is number 34. It is quite broad. If the pool is already open can use as you just want to stress that no rescuer in case you have small children. You have to watch that aspect well. The complex has three entrances from the beach and three that go into the village. The key is Comillas_wifi WiFi.

Why can't I call JORGE (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send JORGE (the owner) a message.

If JORGE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
