The farm is surrounded by state land, so Fall Foliage is amazing. And apple picking is a perfect afternoon activity. Upstate NY is amazing in the fall- crisp, chiseled days and brisk, clear nights. Enjoy our fire pit on the back patio under the stars.

Swimming in the spring-fed ponds in summer is so refreshing. The fishing in our ponds is wonderful. Our land glows at night with fireflies all July, and August brings nearby festivals, carnivals, and fairs all over the area.

The driveway is plowed in the winter for easy access, and the sledding and snowmobiling are fantastic. The woodstove is the heat source and heats the whole house beautifully and easily. And there is plenty of wood to keep it cozy all day and all night.

And the spring is a perfect time to come up- the brooks are babbling with melted snow, the acreage is turning green and starting to bloom, and the wild turkey, deer and heron abound!

The house has great amenities- Wood burning stove, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, well stocked kitchen with all hand appliances, wrap around porch, deep tub, satellite TV, DVD player and movie library, WIFI DSL line, CD player, King bed in sleeping loft,washing machine, futon, books and toys, linens and towels.

House comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. It is perfect for a family, a group of friends, or as a solo getaway from it all. The house is very kid-friendly, and well stocked with toys.
