LA CASA

El CHILL OUT

- En la parte superior de la casa hay una terraza/solárium, con vistas espectaculares al mar.

- Toda la planta de la casa 100m2 es solárium.

- Hemos puesto dos sofás y una mesa para que podáis disfrutar de vuestras noches a la luz de las estrellas.

Los dormitorios:

- El dormitorio de matrimonio, dispone de una cama de 1’60m de ancho, gran armario, caja fuerte y mucho espacio.

- Los otros dos dormitorios dobles, disponen de dos camas individuales de 1'90m x 90cm y armarios empotrados en cada habitación.

La cocina:

- Dispone de cafetera Italiana (de rosca) y cafetera Dolche Gusto, así como Lavavajillas, horno, Kettel, microondas, placa vitrocerámica, batidora (túrmix), tostadora, utensilios de cocina y menaje (incluye paellera).

- IMPORTANTE: NO proveemos de aceite, sal y pimienta.

El salón:

- El salón está equipado con una Smart TV de 42".

- Wifi de alta velocidad (en toda la casa).

- 1 sofás de seis plazas más una butaca.

Es una playa de arena blanca que está a escasos 15min andando, dispone de restaurantes, chiringuitos, hamacas, socorrista...

Hola Benito, En primer lugar muchas gracias por tu comentario. Permíteme comentar que desde el minuto uno, habéis tenido un mal encuentro con la casa... En primer lugar la reservaste con pago directo y a las 3 horas querías anular la reserva (la primera vez que me pasa desde que empecé a alquilar, en 2010). Como ya sabes yo no debo anular vuestras reservas, ya que el ranquing de TripAdvisor es muy estricto y tu no la anulaste. En segundo lugar cuando llegáis a Menorca, la empresa de limpieza estaba acabando su labor, antes de la hora pactada para la entrada y vosotros llegasteis bastante antes de la hora pactada. Cuando os llamé, para saber cómo estabais, oí a tu pareja alzando la voz y diciendo que la anterior familia eran unos "cerd..", me pareció una gran falta de respeto. Pero no todos somos iguales. Durante la estanca en Julio 2019, creo que uno de los Julios más calurosos en toda Europa!! Sí hubiera estado bien tener Aire Acondicionado, pero entonces el precio no hubiera sido el mismo!! En las fotos tienes exactamente todas las estancias de la casa, las puse con la intención, de que que todo el mundo vea como es la casa antes de venir. Pero se ve que tu no debiste hacerlo. La estética de la casa es de los años 80, con paredes anchas, suelo de terrazo, puertas de madera... por lo que el baño es de azulejos y con un estilo mediterráneo de los 80', por lo que reformarlo o no es cuestión de gustos y estoy seguro que lo sabes. Por ello me sorprende tu comentario. Espero que no vuelvas a equivocarte escogiendo casa, ya que tu error influirá en las reviews del próximo propietario amable, que quiera acogerte. Saludos,

Why can't I call Miguel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miguel (the owner) a message.

If Miguel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
