The Pegasus is a beautiful, luxurious and fully equipped with top of the line appliances 1st floor apartment, with one bedroom and a sofa bed able to accommodate three people in total. The apartment is BRAND NEW, modernly decorated and 1.5min walk (130m) from the beach (Nea Chora beach, the only blue flagged within Chania’s city). Pegasus apartment (aside of its modern interior design, great amenities and next to the beach location) is only 7-8min walk from the Old Town and Chalidon Street!

Located in the residential area immediately next to the Old Town, means that you can easily find free parking spots, without having to pay. Also, the strategic location advantages include the easy entrance/exit to the motorway, which is only 4min by car, without having to get into Chania’s heavy traffic . The motorway, links Elafonisi, Falassarna, Balos, and of course the other cities of Crete like Rethymnon and Herakleion. Agora, is only 12min on foot, and pretty much a straight line.

• KITCHEN: Top of the line, new and clean surfaces, bright colors and fully equipped for preparing any meal you feel like. All kinds of pans and pots, cutlery and pantry items available. Various brand new small electrical appliances

• BEDROOM: One bedroom with queen sized beds with super comfortable mattress, new linens, beautifully decorated. With their own A/C for these warm summer nights, appropriate furniture and beautiful colors! Furthermore, remote dimmer lights to make the scenes you wish and touch screen switches.

• BATHROOM: Beautifully designed with elegant wooden colors. White sinks, warm water and all essentials provided. Also clean and fresh new towels for our guests.

• LIVING ROOM: Bright and open spaces for a relaxing stay. The glasses installed are state-of-the-art, they isolate external noise (double glasses) and are technologically advanced, which means that they keep the apartment cool during summer, and warm during. Of course, the house is MOSQUITOS free, since windows have screens.

There is a cozy and beautiful sofa bed that can sleep one more person (OR two children) if needed. A flat tv is also present at the room for those who need to relax watching a movie during nighttime sipping their favorite wine. Living room is also airconditioned.
