(A2) MyChaniaHome Flat is a nice spacious 60sqm apartment that can accommodate up to persons .

There are 2 separate bedrooms with confortable – orthopedic mattresses and spacious closets. Our towels and linen are 100% cotton. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit with quiet night mode.

From one bedroom you have access to the balcony, not big bur fare enough to let you enjoy breakfast or a drink in the outdoors..

In the living room there is a corner couch that is turned to a double bed iwhen needed.

The kitchen, is fully equipped for preparing breakfast and meals.

The apartment is an ideal place for families or group of friends who plan to spend a short but also a long period in the city for summer or winter

It is located in city center, in a quiet and safe neighborhood 8m or 800 meters on foot away from museums and old Harbor, 500 meters from central bus station and 800 meters from beach.

Free public parking at nearby area.

In 200 meter distance there are all kind of shops such as bakery and grocery, supermarket, bank, and fishmarket as well as restaurants and taverns.

Why can't I call Stelios (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
