Located uphill on a private, one-acre plot, Casa di Elen proudly welcomes you to Agios Onoufrios, just 800 meters away from the homonym beach in Akrotiti Peninsula and only 8 Km away from Chania city and its picturesque Old Town. This newly built Villa covers 185m², spreads over 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 7 if necessary.

Layout

Ground Floor

The property is designed with simple modern lines, with elegant and comfortable wooden furnishings, stone elements on the walls and decorated in earthly, relaxing colours. Entering the Villa, the open plan space is filled with ample natural light thanks to the flat glass rooflight, while the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors let the cool summer breeze in all day long. The living room boasts a 75’’ LG smart TV with Netflix and soundbar, PS4, cosy seating area with 2 spacious sofas, A/C and direct access to the pool terrace and BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by an island counter featuring induction hobs with integrated extraction hood and high quality, built-in appliances, enabling you to prepare your meals with ease. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both of which offer direct outdoor access, A/C, 42’’ smart TVs and king size beds (1,60 X 2,00m). One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom as well, with a shower cabin, while a second bathroom with a shower cabin is also available and can be used as a private bathroom for the second bedroom. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer can be found on this level.

First Floor

Following the stairs upwards, guests will meet the stunning master bedroom. Right before entering the room, a spacious walk-in closet offers ample space for your clothes and luggage, as well as a safety security box. The 1,80 X 2,00 bed invites you to spend some lazy mornings while enjoying wonderful views of the sea and the area, while the 50’’ TV is perfect to binge-watch your favourite series at night. The room also offers an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage column, A/C, and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool terrace, while an opening sofa chair can also be placed in the bedroom to accommodate a child.

Outdoor area

The exterior of Casa di Elen covers 800 m2 and offers wonderful, panoramic views of the bay below, the Cretan sea and the surrounding area and many facilities including:

- A private, 55 sq.m. swimming pool, with step access and a shallow compartment, 0,40 m - 1,40 m deep. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay upon request.

- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, a poolside shower and umbrellas so you can enjoy sunbathing at comfort. An outdoor seating area with a sofa and 2 armchairs is also available outside the living room.

- The BBQ facilities next to the pool include a charcoal grill, wood oven, fridge, outdoor sink and an outdoor dining table for 10 under the shade of the pergola. Try al fresco dining for an unforgettable experience with your loved ones!

- Ping pong table to challenge your loved ones and practice your skills!

- Several lawn-covered spots by the pool and at the rear part of the Villa, are ideal for kids to play!

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.

- Parking space for 3 cars is also provided inside the Villa premises.
