Perched on a prime hillside area closely overlooking the port city of Chania, Omma Villas afford uniquely expansive and unobstructed panoramic views of the urban landscape sea. Composed of two independent three-leveled buildings covering a total of 500sqm, this fully private, brand-new residence accommodates 12 guests in its 6 ensuite bedrooms. An elevator is also available in each building facilitating the access to all levels.
Layout Right Building
Ground Level
Entering through the main entrance you find yourself in the open plan living space. An elegant wooden dining table for 6 takes prime position and the fully-equipped spacious kitchen along with a kitchen island with three hand-woven stools are bound to accommodate all our guests’ needs. The effortlessly chic and luminous lounge area wrapping around the modern fireplace and the 55” Smart TV with Satellite and Netflix includes sofa seating large enough for the entire family. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer an incredible gaze at the city and seascape and open up to a private balcony with a set of two elegant Baxter leather chairs and a hot tub. A bathroom with shower is also available on this floor, for communal use.
First Floor
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where one finds two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom featuring a Super King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), a closet including a safe, A/C and a 43” Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin while a bathtub can be found separately in the bedroom. A large patio door provides direct access to a private balcony with sea and sunset view.
Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be converted upon request into a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a comfortable mattress topper. There is a closet, A/C and a 43” Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin and balcony with direct access to the second private sea view terrace of that level.
Lower Level
Bedroom 3: Features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00) with a desk space and a large sofa. There is also a closet, A/C and a 43” Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin. A large window provides direct view to the pool.
Sauna with a rain shower and a laundry room with a washing machine and a clothes dryer are found on this level.

Ground Level
The ground level of this building features a fully equipped kitchen with branded appliances and a kitchen island with three hand-woven stools. The living room features a corner sofa, modern fireplace and the 55” Smart TV with Satellite and Netflix. The living room’s balcony offers breathtaking city and sea views. Finally a bathroom with shower is also available on this floor, for communal use.
Pool Level
A wooden staircase from the ground floor downwards leads to the pool level where one finds two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom featuring a sumptuous Super King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), a walk-in closet including a safe, A/C and a 43” Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin while a bathtub can be found separately in the bedroom. A large patio door provides direct access to a private terrace with sea views
Bedroom 2: Features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be converted upon request into a King size double bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a comfortable mattress topper. There is a closet, A/C and a 43” Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin and the patio door provides direct access terrace with a hot tub and sea view.
A second entrance on this level allows independent access and exits to the pool area.
Lower Level
Bedroom 3: Features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a double large closet, A/C and a 43” Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin.
Sauna with a rain shower and a laundry room with a combined washing and drying machine.
Outdoor Area
The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests. The cascading exterior landscape together with the seating and dining areas allow our guests to both share social moments and personal quiet time.
The outdoor facilities include:
- A 35 sqm. private ecological salt water pool (1,60m. deep) featuring 4 day-bed poofs, 4 sun beds, 2 sun mattresses placed on the adjacent rocks and 2 chaises longues. The pool can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily cost and it requires one week
- An outdoor dining area suitable for 12 guests, ideal for al fresco dining
- Gas BBQ
- A private parking space for 2 cars within the property premises.
