Le Paradis 18b is one of two newly built luxury apartments that are adjacent to each other and can be booked separately or together to cater for groups of up to 12 as well. They are situated right in the centre of Chamonix, just seconds from all it's shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the top floor of the residence, and has 1 double bedroom bedroom, as well as a living room with a double sofa bed, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate W/C. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and also benefits from wifi internet access, and private underground parking too.

Please be aware if you are hiring a car there is a height restriction for the car park so we advise you not to hire big 4 x 4's and roof boxes. As you have the luxury of being right in the centre of Chamonix close to ski lift of Brevent and Savoy children's beginners slopes a car is not essential at all. Le Savoy slopes are just 2 minutes walk, from where you can get direct

Accessing all other ski areas is very simple too, with the ski bus stop just around the corner from the apartment.

For short break pricing please contact Chamonix all year direct. Holiday lettings are unable to provide a short break price.

Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.

30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday.

If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required.

As a security against damages Chamonix All Year, who manage the apartment, will also pre-authorise a damage deposit of £280.00on your bank card. They will contact you to request these bank card details once your booking is confirmed by Holiday Lettings and the damage deposit will be pre-authorised approx. 7-10 days before your arrival in Chamonix. This will be automatically released 28 days after the date it is authorised and only once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. If you would like the authorisation cancelled sooner than this automatic release then please contact us after your departure.

Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars.

In addition we can also:

- arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport.

- Buy and deliver ski passes ready for your arrival

- offer ski hire discount.

Chamonix is the perfect holiday destination for any season! You'll be surprised at the size of this alpine mountain town and the amount it has to offer you. Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.

The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.

Chamonix Town Centre

Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course. There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.

With a huge range of on and off mountain activities, there is something for everyone throughout the year. Chamonix is a place you'll want to come back to time and time again!

“Ideal Location”

The apartment is in the ideal place, both for exploring the town and accessing the slopes. Snow permitting you can walk to the bottom of the Savoy nursery slopes in 2 minutes and take the drag lift up to the Brevent cable car. In the evening the bars and restaurants are on your doopstep

“Nice accommodation near Chamonix centre”

We (3 person) stayed in Le Paradis 18b at late march 2014. It's very good apartment to stay and it's located only 150m away from the nearest market. There is a ski locker at bottom floor so you don't need to carry all wet ski equipments to your flat. Apartment was very clean and there is good kitchen equipment. There is one bedroom with doublebed and in living room there is sofabed for two persons. We really liked our stay and we will come back at march 2015!

“A cozy flat just an alley walk away from the heart of Chamonix”

My wife and two sons spent two weeks in this unit. We found it to be very comfortable and warm inside. It has all the necessary amenities and then some. The building is just a short 150 m walk to the closest market which is locate right on in the center of Chamonix's shopping and restaurants. With a young family our privacy and security was important and this building is all that. The unit has views toward the Mont Blanc Massif through Velux window. The master bedroom is small and cozy, and it too has amazing mountain views as you lay in bed. The other bedroom has two sets of single bunk beds and this room faces out to the Brevant. The wood burning fireplace was a big draw and we have it lit almost the entire time. We would return and we would stay here in this unit again.

“A comfortable little flat in Chamonix centre”

My wife and I rented this apartment for a summer hiking holiday. The property is in the centre of Chamonix and close to all amenities. We were greeted by a rental agency representative who gave us the keys. The flat was clean and tidy and all instructions (in a folder) were clear. The flat came with free parking nearby. I would rate the price as good value for the accommodation. The only (very minor) gripe I have is regarding the warnings/notices put up round the house ("Don't dry your clothes on the radiator, your clothes will melt and damage the radiator, you will lose your deposit" and the likes), which made the place feel less like our holiday home.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately the notices we post have become necessary in this instance to ensure guests do not damage the radiators by placing wet ski gloves etc on them which can badly mark the radiators which then necessitates painting them and this then needs to be charged to the guest. The notices have helped avoid this occurrence but I agree they can seem a little unfriendly.
