Brand new apartment located in the center of the city of Catania at 300 meters from the historic monument "Garibaldi-Ferdinandea Porta", at 800 meters from the historic center with the extraordinary wealth of monuments and numerous shops and businesses in a mix of art, culture, tourism and traditions that make this city unique for those who live and unforgettable experience for those who visit. Its strategic location allows to reach the Catania coast in no time offering relaxation and fun. House "Porta Garibaldi" is an apartment located on the 1st floor in a small, noble building with kitchen, living room, two rooms elegantly furnished including a double and one with two single beds. It equipped with all the amenities to satisfy the needs of guests. Possibility of parking for a fee / non-secure free and as for public transport the city bus stop is located 10 meters from the house. We are located 10 minutes from the airport and major highways. Ideal for families with children and couples / friends. With us, your four-legged friends are welcome. Our courtesy and helpfulness will make your stay smooth and pleasant.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
