Enjoy a fantastic location, with the sea at your feet and the mountains behind your back.

Walk down to the paradisiacal beaches of Sonabia and Oriñón, idyllic nature for lovers of aquatic sports (surf school, marine reserve for snorkeling, fishing, etc), hiking, biking or simply enjoying nature.

Located in Sonabia, 30 min from Bilbao and Santander, close to other beaches and villas with charm in northern spanish coast such as Somo, Castro Urdiales, Santoña, Liencres, Suances. Great location to get to know the Basque country and Cantabria, their cultural, gastronomic and natural wealth.

The House:

Enjoy a house design of 250 square meters and ceca 1000 m2 of garden, with luxury furniture, to make you feel at your home, and view of the sea from all corners.

Particularly spacious living room and kitchen.

Four rooms, one king size bed, two queen size beds and the fourth with three beds.

Four bathrooms.

Very large master bedroom with spacious bathroom (enjoy a shower with those views to the sea) and a terrace.

Large garden on top of the sea to enjoy the outdoors or make a good barbecue.

Other information of interest:

Natural environment of special interest both in the sea, with large cliffs and protected marine reserve, as in the mountains, with forests of beech, oak and walnut trees ideal for collecting mushrooms or chestnuts, as in the air with a unique colony of vultures in Europe.

It will be an unforgettable experience that you will certainly want to repeat.
