The lounge area has a ceiling fan for warmer months. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony with outside dining furniture and views over open countryside. The dining area has dining facilities for 6 people.
The separate kitchen is bright and modern with all you'd expect - integral dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc and views over the pool and extensive gardens. An automatic washing machine is located in the garage on the ground floor.

Every Monday in the village square is the market where you can stock up with fresh local fruit and veg and meat.
The villa is a 15 min drive away from the beautiful picturesque town of Villeneuve sur Lot with its quaint streets and lively atmosphere. It's here where you'll find major stores and larger supermarkets.
Directly out of villa will lead you onto lovely country walks and deer can often be seen just a hundred metres or so from the villa
The villa is just a 30 min drive from Bergerac airport with its low cost direct flights from a number of British airports. Other travel options are Toulouse and Bordeaux airports, a 2 hr drive away.
Additionally there is no set changeover day. Guests are able to arrive and leave on any day of the week giving total flexibility when choosing flights.
