Description

Located in the urbanisation of Son Bauló (Can Picafort), this modern and beautiful chalet, with private pool and only 600 metres away from the sea, offers a second home for no less than 12 people.

The exterior area of this fantastic chalet is fascinating. Just when you enter, you find a beautiful gardened corner around the lovely terrace, with is perfectly furnished to enjoy a tea or a coffee in the morning. Round the house, you get to the back terrace where the wonderful chlorine pool awaits for you. It sizes 8 x 4.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres. The 12 sun loungers around the pool invite to bask in the sun after the refreshing dip, and the gas barbecue will be your best ally for a long evening with your family or friends. Then, you find two comfortable sofas outdoors where you can relax, as well as an exterior bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

The house offers a modern and even luxurious style along its two floors. When you enter, the spacious hall leads you to the living room where you can spend time together, chat, enjoy some rest or watch the TV with satellite channels while you cool down with the air-conditioning. Behind a large sliding door you get to the dreamy kitchen, with lots of cabinets, a great island with a ceramic hob and stools, open to the dining and with direct access to the pool through a large window. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house features 6 bedrooms with two twin beds each of them as well as air-conditioning, TV (without satellite channels) and a wardrobe. One of the rooms is downstairs where you will also find a shower bathroom for the rest of the floor. The other 5 bedrooms are on the first floor and four of them come with an en-suite shower bathroom and access to a beautiful furnished balcony. The last bedroom presents an en-suite bathroom with a tub and has no balcony. Two cots and two high chairs in case you are travelling with your babies.

Son Bauló is a nice and quiet urbanisation within Can Picafort, with a great atmosphere during the summer season. Then, if you are looking for a place by the beach which is full of life, this is it. The beach is only 600 metres away, so it is perfect to enjoy a day in the sun and the sand and you can end the day enjoying a refreshing drink in front of the sea. Can Picafort, only 1 km away, offers even more services and beaches of crystalline waters.

“Lovely, big villa”

Villa Diagonal is a lovely place with loads of space for everyone. We were at full capacity with 14 of us but you could still always find a quiet space. Bedrooms and bathrooms all a good size and lovely big pool and outside area. Short walk to the beach and some bars/restaurants. Perfect location for our family holiday.
