Esta maravillosa casa se encuentra en una pendiente de suave ladera sobre algunas de las mejores vistas de la Mallorca rural, con almendros, y montañas. En un enclave muy tranquilo con caminos cercanos para poder pasear y disfrutar de la naturaleza. La casa consta de dos plantas, teniendo una superficie total cerrada de doscientos cincuenta y un metros cuadrados (251,00 m2), dedicada a la actividad de establecimiento turístico. En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina, comedor con chimenea, sala de estar con techos de vigas de madera, dos dormitorios, dos baños y amplias terrazas. En la planta superior hay 4 dormitorios, 3 baños y una gran terraza con una escalera exterior para poder acceder a la piscina, sin necesidad de tener que pasar por el interior de la vivienda, desde esta terraza se pueden ver maravillosas puestas de sol y las estrellas en el claro cielo de las noches.

Rodeada de jardín. Dispone de piscina con una gran terraza solárium, está totalmente vallada como medida de seguridad y acondicionada con sus servicios suplementarios de ducha, flotador salvavidas, tumbonas, mesa y sillas, donde tomar el sol y disfrutar en tranquilidad de las extraordinarias vistas. También dispone de barbacoa, parque infantil con tobogán y columpios para los más pequeños y mesa de pin-pon.
