Moderna villa de nueva construcción "Ca´n Vadell Calonge" está situada en una zona rural entre la pequeña ciudad de Calonge y la ciudad costera de Cala D′Or. La villa con instalaciones de primera clase atrae con su maravillosa mezcla de estilo de construcción rústica y un diseño interior de luz refrescante para las más altas exigencias. Las oportunidades de compras se pueden encontrar tanto en Calonge como en Cala D′Or o Santanyi. Las playas de Cala D′Or y otras playas naturales están a pocos kilómetros de distancia y se puede llegar a ellas increíblemente rápido.

La elegante, moderna y típica villa mallorquina construida en el 2014 y está especialmente orientada a familias y turistas que buscan relajación. El área exterior que rodea la casa está recién sembrada y aún no ha desplegado todo su esplendor. Pero a pesar de esto, ya puedes disfrutar de la vista de un olivar y la vegetación. Debajo de la terraza cubierta que hay junto a la casa, se puede encontrar un espacioso salón. Al mismo tiempo, esta terraza también contiene una gran mesa de vidrio con capacidad para 8 personas. Puede disfrutar de una maravillosa barbacoa aquí, por ejemplo, ya que hay una barbacoa disponible. Si caminas unos pocos pasos desde la terraza a través de la vegetación adornada con esculturas de madera, llegarás a la gran piscina de 10 x 5 metros. La sala de estar está equipada con un sofá de color beige, muy cómodo para una noche de TV discreta con el televisor LCD. En el extremo opuesto de la habitación se encuentra la cocina súper moderna en color blanco brillante. Los armarios están incrustados noblemente en las paredes.

En el centro se encuentra fantástica isla de cocina. La cocina está totalmente equipada con hervidor, cafetera, microondas, horno a una altura conveniente, y un gran combo de refrigerador / congelador, y mucho más. La isla de cocina divide la cocina con comedor con una gran mesa de comedor también blanca y cómodas sillas con respaldo alto. El estilo elegante y moderno de la casa, por ejemplo,como la colección de botellas bulbosas en vidrio verde en toda la pared del comedor. Un total de 4 habitaciones son tan atractivas como el espacio abierto. Todas las habitaciones son muy luminosas y algunas cuentan con una salida al balcón sobre la terraza. Las cómodas camas tienen colchones de diferentes tamaños.

El dormitorio principal tiene un baño en suite con un diseño italiano. Los baños restantes también tienen una bañera o una ducha a ras del suelo y los otros 3 dormitorios los utilizan de forma comunitaria. Un aseo de invitados también está disponible. Todas habitaciones cuentan con un lujo de buen gusto, agradablemente reforzado por una subestimación fresca y un placer para los visitantes debido a su calidad en términos de Diseño y estética.
