LA MAISON

Les chambres:

- Une chambre double avec un lit double, CLIMATISATION et une armoire.

- Une autre chambre double avec des lits simples, des armoires et la CLIMATISATION.

La cuisine:

- Équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four, d'un micro-ondes, de plaques de cuisson en céramique, d'une machine à café Nespresso, d'une cafetière italienne (type à vis), d'un mixeur (mixeur à main), d'un grille-pain, d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle. (Comprend une poêle à paella)

- IMPORTANT: Nous ne fournissons PAS d'huile, de sel et de poivre.

Le salon:

- Le salon est équipé d'une télévision de 42", du WiFi (dans toute la maison), d'un canapé "Chaise Longue" 4 places, d'une table à manger pour 4 personnes et d'une terrasse extérieure donnant sur le jardin arrière.

- Vous aurez également une cheminée décorative; elle ne peut pas être utilisée.

La piscine:

- Grande piscine avec espace de chaises longues où vous pourrez vous détendre et bronzer sans quitter la maison.

- Il est OBLIGATOIRE que les mineurs nagent sous la supervision d'un adulte.

LA RÉGION

- C'est un endroit très calme et agréable avec un phare qui sert de restaurant et de point de vue ; son point fort sont les vues imprenables sur le coucher de soleil. Ne les manquez pas !

PLAGE DE SON XORIGUER

- Située à 5 minutes en voiture et à 10 minutes à pied, c'est une zone pour les sports nautiques (plongée, voiliers, planche à voile, bateaux rapides), des restaurants avec vue sur la mer... Hautement recommandé !

- Si vous préférez les activités plus calmes, depuis cette plage, vous pouvez accéder aux plus belles plages comme Cala Macarella et Macarelleta, Cala Turqueta... via le "Camí de Cavalls", un chemin rural. Vérifiez les distances à parcourir.

LE PORT LAGO

- Situé à 100 mètres, c'est un endroit où vous pouvez louer des excursions en bateau, que ce soit en groupe ou en solo avec des bateaux qui ne nécessitent pas de permis nautique.

- La zone du port a des restaurants, des supermarchés, des pharmacies... bref, tous les services nécessaires pour des vacances inoubliables.

Why can't I call Miguel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miguel (the owner) a message.

If Miguel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
