Villa Alzina esta situada en precioso Cala Millor posee 5 dormitorios y capacidad para 9 personas.

El Alojamiento de 220 m² acogedor y totalmente equipado tiene vistas al jardín y a la piscina.

En la planta baja tiene espacioso salón comedor, cocina, un dormitorio doble, un baño completo y un cuarto para dejar maletas o cosas personales como, por ejemplo, un carrito de bebe o cualquier otra cosa que ocupa un espacio.

En a planta superior hay otros cuatro dormitorios, tres dobles y uno pequeño con una cama 90X190 mas dos cuartos de baño ( un baño con bañera en suit )

Cocina indepediente, totalmente equipada con microondas, horno, nevera, congelador, lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor de zumos.

Desde la cocina nos conduce al gran terraza - porche y jardin con piscina y zona de barbacoa.

Terraza cubierta, con 2 mesas grandes, sillas y sillas para 10 personas, sala de estar con 2 sofás. Terraza abierta alrededor de la piscina con 6 hamacas, toldo. WC separado y ducha junto a la piscina. Rejilla de mampostería con rejilla de 80 x 40 cm, regulable en altura por manivela. Horno separado de piedra. Vista panorámica al mar y al interior.

Piscina (4X7,5X180cm) con sus hamacas es un sitio ideal para descansar, tomar el sol o, simplemente, leer un libro mientras sus hijos se estan bañando. Al lado de la piscina hay un cuarto de baño con un aseo y una ducha.

How do damage deposits work?
