Description

Great and spacious Duplex located in Cala Ferrera. With view to pool and beach. This apartment / duplex has 2 bedrooms, one of them has a large private terrace with access to the pool and the pool to the beach, close to shops restaurants etc. First floor are 2 bedrooms 2 beds 90x2m separated by a bathroom with a large shower, both rooms have double built-in wardrobe. Climbing the stairs (with child safety door) 2nd floor. Large living room with dining area, kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with views to the sea and the swimming pool.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
