Lovely chalet in Cala Millor – Cala Bona with capacity for 8 people, completely refurbished in 2015.

The house is 200 metres from the cosy fishing port of Cala Bona. If you happen to like golf, there are also two Golf courses nearby – the Son Servera Golf, with 18 wholes, is 3km away and the Pula Golf is 6km away.

Beaches nearby: Cala Bona beach is 200m away, Cala Millor beach is 2km and Sa coma – very suitable for children-, 6km away.

The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms and a toilet, a large living room and the newest kitchen completely equipped. What's more, furniture is of high quality and totally new.

No obstacles for disabled.

You'll be able to enjoy the pool -8 x 4 metres and 1,5m deep – surrounded by 1500 metres of terrace and garden.

Among other services, the house is equipped with Air Conditioning, combi-fridge, washing machine, dryer machine, gas kitchen, water gas-heater, electric oven, microwave, toast machine, satellite TV, free WI-FI all over the place, a beautiful BBQ outside in the garden and a large parking place inside the property.

You won't need to worry about having all the necessary for you holidays – bath and swimming pool towels will be provided, as well as sheets for all guests. In case you require a crib, we'll be more than happy to provide it.

No pets allowed.

No groups of young people allowed.

Information about interesting activities to do in the island during your holidays will be provided to make sure your stay in Mallorca becomes a perfect experience for you.

Das Haus liegt 200 m entfernt vom schöner Cala Bonas Fischerhafen. In der Nähe gibt es auch zwei Golfplätze: der Son Servera Golf, mit 18 Golflöcher (3 km) und der Pula Golf (6 km).

Der näheste Strand liegt in Cala Bona, 200 m entfernt vom Haus. Cala Millors Strand ist 2 km weg und Sa Comas – ideal für Kinder -, 6 km.

Die Villa hat 4 doppelte Schalffzimmer, 2 vollständige Badezimmer und eine Toilette, noch dazu, hat es ein groβes und helles Wohnzimmer und eine elegante und vollständige Küche. Möbeln sind ganz neu und hoch-qualität.

Die Pool ist 8x4 m groβ und 1,5 m tief, 1.500 m von Terrasse und Garten in Umgebung.

U. a. hat das Haus Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, integriertes Gas-Kochfeld, Warmwasseraufbereitung durch Gas, Mikrowelle und Backofen, Toaster, Satelliten TV, kostenlose WLAN in dem ganzen Haus, schönes BBQ und groβes Parkplatz innerhalb der Finca.

Sie werden sich nicht kümmern, weil wir haben alles, was nötig ist, für ein perfekter Aufenthalt auf Mallorca: Bade- und Pooltücher, Bettbezüge für alle Gäste und, wenn nötig, werden wir eine Wiege für Ihnen bereitet gerne haben.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
