Apartamento de 100 m2 en Cala Bona , a 100 metros de la playa y piscina comunitaria con hamacas disponibles en zona comunitaria cerrada y agradable con jardines, con amplias vistas a la montaña y al mar.

Apartamento muy amplio y luminoso , con 3 dormitorios , una cama de matrimonio y 4 camas individuales, 2 baños , cocina, salón, terraza y coladuría.

Con lo necesario y comodidad para disfrutar de su segundo hogar y pasar unas vacaciones agradables con su familia o amigos.

Dispone de salón con terraza de 18 m2, con televisor, canal satélite con los canales ES, UK, DE, FR etc... libres disponibles en todas las habitaciones.

Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones para enfriar y calentar. Apartamento muy fresco en verano y con buena ventilación, para descansar de manera confortable y agradable.

Terraza con una mesa extensible para pasar grandes veladas con tu familia o amigos.

Dispone de una cocina completamente amueblada con electrodomésticos y los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. frigorífico con congelador, horno, vitrocerámica de inducción, microondas y vajilla necesaria para disfrutar de cenas, comidas, desayunos.

Hay Televisión en todas las habitaciones con canales de varios paises incluidos ES, UK, DE, etc... y posibilidad de usar USBs para reproducir contenido multimedia.

2 baños completos uno equipado con ducha y otro en suite con bañera.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francisco (the owner) a message.

If Francisco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
