We would like to welcome you to our ground floor apartment in Hartford Court, a development of just 18 modern apartments situated on the East Cliff of Bournemouth. The apartment is within easy walking access of Bournemouth's stunning beaches, pier, town centre, rail station, shops, restaurants and pubs. It's perfect for holidays, short breaks, visiting friends and relatives or the university and as a base for exploring Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and Sandbanks..

Our apartment is unique offering your own private access at the rear of the building. There are 3 bedrooms each of which can be set up as either 2 single beds or 1 king size bed, giving you the option to choose which configuration suits your party best. The master bedroom has it's own en suite shower room and there is second family bathroom. There is a spacious open plan living area incorporating the lounge with comfortable seating for 6 people, flat screen TV, dining area with table and chairs also for 6 people. The well equipped kitchen offers hob, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and we've made sure there are plenty of pots, pans cutlery and crockery.

There are no hidden extras WIFI is included as are towels and linen in the price.

If you are driving there is a private parking space provided. Public transport links are very close by with buses to the east towards Boscombe and Christchurch and to the west towards Poole, Sandbanks easily accessible via the bus stop a few metres from Hartford Court and Bournemouth Mainline Railway station a 6 minute walk away.

During off peak months arrival and departure is completely flexible with a minimum stay of 3 nights, during July and August weekly rates are available with arrival and departure on a Saturday.

Our apartment is family owned and run you will be met by one of us to make sure you are settled in, know how everything works, and given any advice required about the local area.

The bus stops for buses to either the East to Boscombe and Christchurch or to the West towards, Poole, Sandbanks and Swanage are 50 metres from the apartment. Bournemouth mainline station is half a mile away.

“Great Holiday Apartment!”

This was a 'Special Birthday' weekend away with our family. The apartment suited our needs exactly. My daughter, son-in-law and baby granddaughter in the master bedroom, my husband and I in the room at the opposite end and son having a lovely big bed all to himself in the middle room!! The apartment was very well equipped with imaginative use of space in the small kitchen. The lounge comfortably seated us all and there was plenty of space around the dining table too. The apartment is on a busy road, but once inside you cannot hear traffic noise at all, it is very peaceful. It is close to everything Bournemouth has to offer and we enjoyed leaving our cars parked and walking everywhere. We would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends and family.

Fab place with all the mod cons. Suited our party of 4 adults and 2 children. Master room with ensuite is very generous! Great location too! 5 mins walk to beach. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely flat. Clean,comfortable and well equipped. 20 minute walk straight into Bournemouth town centre. Friedas cafe does a fantastic breakfast. Excellent bus service. £3.70 for an all day ticket. Bus stop right outside your door. Buses run every 3 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment, good communication with agent & landlord. Well equipped kitchen with modern clean appliances. Dishwasher handy. Decorated well with lots of nice homely touches such as candles. Lovely if want own bedrooms with communal living area. as we did. Off road parking. Short walk to beaches. Short walk to shops, although a little run down. Supermarkets a short drive away.
