A spacious 2 bedroomed Ground Floor apartment within easy walking distance from the cliff top and beach, local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a king size bed and bunk beds.The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, toaster and all utensils, pots and pans.The lounge room has a comfortable sofa and digital tv and dvd player. Some books, dvds, games and toys are provided. The lounge room has double doors leading onto a private enclosed garden with decking area. On the raised decking area there is a table and chairs for outside dining or relaxing. The garden also has a washing line.The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and also a separate free standing shower, toilet and basin.All linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided at no extra charge.Easy roadside parking.A shared driveway is available to park in for loading and unloading luggage only,

My family and I, including a 3-year old and a 6-month old, spent 2 weeks here. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and well equipped with plenty of toys to keep the little ones busy. Ruth and Phil were very friendly and hospitable, and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Stayed here in August 2016 with my mum and kids lovely clean and tidy place to stay Phil and Ruth very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. In walking distance to the beach and shops loved it

I'd highly recommend this spacious and luxurious 2 bed apartment which was exceptionally well equipped and within walking distance to the beach. The owners were particularly helpful and kind and the apartment was immaculately clean and a home-from-home. The second bedroom is particularly spacious with a double bed, bunk beds and a nice seating area. There is also a lovely patio area. I could not have been happier with this lovely accommodation and highly recommend it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ruth / Phil (the owner) a message.

If Ruth / Phil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
