From the owner

The Gite is entered, from an arched doorway at one end of the pool, directly into the living/kitchen area which, like the farmhouse, has also been newly furnished to a very high standard. It is a perfect property for 2 people but can sleep 2 adults + 2 children. It is a generous 50m2 space with a living area at one end and a kitchen at the other. Within the living area there is a snuggle seat, three seater sofa bed as well as a TV(British & French Channels), DVD player (+ selection of DVDs) and wood burner. French doors open on to a private terrace with table and chairs, barbecue and stunning views over the countryside to the church in Bourgougnague. The kitchen has an electric cooker with double oven and 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and is well equipped with all the usual kitchen utensils, pots/pans and crockery. A door at the corner of the kitchen leads to the bedroom (4×3.5m) with a kingsize bed and ample storage then through to the beautiful en-suite wet room that also has wonderful views – if you want to leave the window open!
