Villa Kalovo is rural retreat situated in the tiny traditional Bulgarian village of Kalovo, just 50 minutes drive from Bourgas, reached by a single track through the National Park and forest.

A large, spacious 3 double bedroom villa situated over 4 floors and surrounded by the Strandzha National Park offering stunning and breathtaking views. of the valleys and hills.

The Villa has its own private pool with sunloungers, gardens and a fantastic balcony for dining. From here you can watch the beautiful sunsets into the valley beyond or sit out with a glass of wine at night and view the amazing night sky.

There is no TV in Villa Kalovo but plenty of games to enjoy together. We are genuine when we say you will be situated within an oasis of peace and tranquility for a unique holiday experience that will take your breath away.

While there are many cheaper villas they will not match this location and overall experience.

Villa Kalovo is modern, clean and bright with all the amenities you would expect (but no TV). A spacious open plan living area and kitchen with large windows making it bright and sunny, which opens on to a large balcony with BBQ and dining table.

The living room has a working wood burner and two sofas. Off the living area is the kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker. On the same level is one of the bathrooms.

There are two double bedrooms and one triple. All Villa Kalovo's bedrooms have views of the National Park. There is a “celebration room” where 2 single fold out beds suitable for children could be used.

Villa Kalovo has secure private gardens, surround on all 4 sides by walls and fencing. The garage is situated within the grounds and reached by double gates, both can be locked.

How do damage deposits work?
