Je loue 3 chambres à l’étage. Je vous propose de consulter les 3 annonces avec un lit double (1,20 ou 1,40)

Il s’agit ici une des chambres que je loue ( voir les deux autres annonces lit double) au premier étage DANS une jolie maison STANDING avec petit jardin et patio intérieur. Où vous pouvez y boire un verre er fumer puisqu’il est interdit de fumer dans les chambres.

Vous bénéficierez d'un environnement standing, propre et agréable, calme et. Attachant.

Tous les "locataires" sont ravis de leur séjour ici.

Le metro Marcel Sembat (ligne 9) se trouve à 7/8 minutes de la maison. Vous trouverez à proximite (1 mn) des commerces d'alimentation, restaurants divers et juste un peu plus loin (5mn) vélib et Autolib.

Roland GARROS se trouve à 15 mn à pied.

La CUISINE est grande et agréable et il est possible d utiliser le micro-onde et le garder ses provisions au frigidaire naturellement, et pouvoir y prendre ses repas sans y cuisiner. Laver sa vaisselle et la ranger. Je vous remercie de ne pas manger dans les chambres pour le respect des prochains résidents et garder les chambres propres.

Il y a une place de parking devant la maison qui peut être utilisée par "vous", même si elle n’est pas réglementaire mais jusqu’ici jamais de contravention. Sinon Il y a un moyen de se garer aux alentours.

Je suis très heureuse d accueillir mes "visiteurs" de toutes nationalités confondues et éprouve toujours un réel plaisir pour rendre leur séjour agréable quel qu’il soit professionnel, familial, ou touristique. . Je suis quelqu'un de chaleureux et le côté social est primordial. Je suis attentive à leur confort et reste à leur disposition pour les satisfaire puisque de leur côté ils respecteront les « règles » de la maison. Merci de prendre soin de cet espace partagé ( la propreté des lieux chambre, salle de bains, cuisine). .
Pour le respect de tous merci d’éviter la douche à partir de 21 h ainsi que toute nuisance sonore.
Par mesure d’hygiene il est interdit de manger dans les chambres, la cuisine est à votre disposition (pas pour y cuisiner) avec micro-ondes, couverts,frigidaire.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
