Modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom GARDEN flat with onsite caretaker in trendy Bitez. Exclusive access to a 50sq metre garden and a terrace with lovely views of the Bitez bay. This is an entire apartment.

You will have full access to the big and small swimming pools located right in front of the flat. This is what makes the location of this flat unique also within the whole development, because it is overlooking the pool. The pool is shared with other residents living in the premises, but is very rarely used so most of the time it will be as if you are in your private pool!

The flat is located in Bitez which is a neighbourhood in Bodrum famous for its beaches and access to surfing. It is up the hill from the beach so having a motorbike or rental car will help you get around in a more flexible way.

If you choose not to rent a car or motorbike, there is a minibus available from Bodrum centre to all Bodrum neighbourhoods including Bitez (15 minutes). Once in Bitez you are only a 2 min taxi ride away from the property. If you choose to rent a car&motorbike, you are only 2 minutes away from the famous Aktur beaches in Bitez (free entry), as well as the public beaches on the bay. Bitez is also conveniently located a short drive away from Yalikavak, Gundogan, Turkbuku and Turgutreis.

For long term stays of 1 month or more, we can offer cleaning sessions at an additional price of TRY 100 per session.

Bitez is a charming Bodrum town with easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and lovely unique stores. There is also a very famous ice cream shop in Bitez ("Bitez Dondurmacisi") which you will be extremely close to, their black mulberry ice cream is extremely famous amongst the locals so go and have a taste!

Bodrum has grown into a big city over the last several years. The minibus system in Bodrum is extremely liquid so traveling within different Bodrum neighbourhoods is very easy and cheap. This apartment is located up a hill from sea level so renting a car or motorbike might be a good call. If you choose not to rent a car or motorbike, there is a minibus available from Bodrum centre to all Bodrum neighbourhoods including Bitez (15 minutes). Once in Bitez you are only a 2 min taxi ride away from the property.
