Nestling in one of the most scenic areas of Kerry which will truly captivate you with its wild landscape you can enjoy the ultimate relaxing holiday in Feirm Cottage. Its central location is perfect to take advantage of the many attractions its surroundings has to offer. Just off Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way it is an ideal base for sightseeing the Rings of Kerry and Beara, the Dingle peninsula, and on your return after your days exploration chill out in the cosy sitting room in front of the stove.

Alternatively you may stop off at the local Blackwater Tavern where you can enjoy the warm hospitality, conversation, and good Guinness on offer. Here also you can enjoy traditional music and dance at the weekends.This also has a convenience shop & filling station.

There is a wide selection of restaurants & pubs offering excellent food within easy reach.

You can enjoy quiet walks with magic at every turn in the lanes or on the Kerry Way developed walking trails. You will find the cows on the working farm, which also has its own herd of purebred Kerry Cattle, good company showing their inquisitiveness as they interrupt their grazing to check you out. Experience here the silence and calm of pure nature.

It is a safe and interesting environment for children.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Josephine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
