From the owner

The villa has three bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a sea view and a bathroom with bathtub-jacuzzi and a separate shower. There is a convertible single sofa bed in this room. The second bedroom has a pool view and it has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a sea and garden view and it also has a queen bed. The living and dining area is a large marble hall with a domed ceiling, uniquely decorated with select pieces. There is also a fireplace in the living area . The kitchen has all needed utensils, top class Siemens and General Electric equipment. The kitchen has a sea view and is air conditioned. By the pool there are sitting and sunbathing areas with quality teak furniture with cushions and mattresses. There is another sitting and dining area overlooking the Bitez bay. The garden and the pool are maintained regularly by a gardener. Regular housekeeping and change of linens, towels done at the middle of the week per 7 days stay. Please kindly note that we cannot accept guests with children younger than 12 years old.

Interior: The living and dining quarters of the house are situated in a large marble hall with a domed ceiling. The living and dining area is uniquely decorated with select pieces and paintings and also boasts a fireplace. The view from the living room and the terrace covers a vast landscape dotted with traditional Bodrum-style white roof tops, bougainvilleas, and overlooks a majestic mountain vista as well as the magnificent valley below and the breathtaking blue waters of the Bitez Bay. Note that the owners keep right to change the decoration of the villa.

Exterior: The villa has a terrace that wraps around the whole house and it creates a 360-degree sea and country views!

The infinity pool is flanked by bougainvilleas and hibiscus plants. It is a unique treat to sit by the pool, with the distant sound of chanting coming from the mosque, amidst the lingering scent of jasmine and tangerine blossoms from the valley and to enjoy the spectacular view. You have the opportunity to spend your time in different parts of the well-maintained garden, which is full of unique plants and flowers. The patio that overlooks the Bitez bay and the valley contains a large outside dining area and two separate sitting quarters, each with their own view.

Extra Services: We can help you to be transferred from Bodrum Milas Airport to the Villa and back. We need to know beforehand the number of luggage and the number of people to arrange the right vehicle. The airport is only 45 minutes away from the Villa. The transfer fee will be quoted upon request.

We can arrange private tours in and around Bodrum, boat tours self sailing trips. The boats in Bodrum have very high standards for food and accommodation. You can spend the day swimming in private coves and really enjoy the experience.

We can provide Turkish cooking classes private to our guests.

We can organize daily or weekly car rental for affordable rates from local agencies.
