'Our Pleasure' is the name of this well-equipped and beautiful OCEANSIDE home. The duplex is modern and bright and with its spacious and airy, yet cozy feel, this beach house will feel like home. This immaculately clean, three-level duplex has four large bedrooms and is large enough for two families to easily share. The main floor has a full kitchen and a half bath. There is a large dining area and a larger more spacious living room area which is adjacent to the comfortable kitchen.

The two spacious master bedrooms on the second floor have their own full baths. One has a king size bed and the other has a king (two twins pushed together) and a separate twin bed. The third floor has two bedrooms with a full bath between them. One third floor bedroom has three twin beds and the other has two twin beds. There are two decks on the main level, a deck off the front master bedroom and one deck off of the rear third floor bedroom.

There is an outside hot water shower and a separate foot wash.

There is plenty of parking too! There is parking under the carport for one car and room in the paved driveway for four more cars.

Matt's Fish Camp, a seafood restaurant is on the corner by Rte 1. It is a wonderful restaurant with great reviews on Trip Advisor.

The beach is less than 50 steps away! There is plenty of room on the beach to fly kites, throw a ball, play frisbee, horseshoes, or beach volleyball using our community net. If you really want your vacation to be at a beautiful, uncrowded beach with a great location, friendly neighbors and a comfortable laid back atmosphere, stay at Our Pleasure.

Our home is located in Tower Shores which is next to the Delaware State Park and Nature Preserve, so there are no homes on the beach to our left, a short walk north of us - only beautiful beach!

Fishing is allowed on the State Park beach, so bring your pole! Dogs are allowed there too. Some renters board their pups in Bethany and have daily outings with them to the State Park which is right next to our community.

There are lots of bike lanes throughout Bethany too.

The property will be ready for occupancy at 4:00 PM on the beginning date of the lease and must be vacated by 10 AM on the ending date of the lease. *late check out $100*

NO SMOKING AT ALL!!!

BEDROOM INFO: 2 master bedrooms on the second floor with their own full baths.

First master bedroom has a king Bed is in the front master bedroom and has a deck facing the front of the house.

2nd master bedroom has a King bed (two twins pushed together) with a king mattress pad and comforter) and a separate twin bed. One third floor bedroom has three twin beds and the other has two twin beds. A full bath is between the two rooms.

The second master bedroom has a bed rail and a Graco pack n play in one of the closets. Please clean them before and after you use them and let me know if you have an problems with them. They must be returned to the closet.

***IF YOU MOVE ANY FURNITURE, YOU MUST PUT IT BACK WHERE IT WAS FOUND*** There will be a $100 charge if I have to pay someone to move it back.

***Remember***

Please use outside showers and foot wash whenever possible to eliminate sand from collecting in the drains.

Please close all windows and doors tightly whenever leaving premises for an extended length of time and before departure.

Do not leave windows or doors open while air conditioning is on.

Please leave the premises clean and orderly upon your departure.

ON THE MORNING OF YOUR CHECKOUT, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

*Run the dishwasher and return dishes, cups, and utensils to their proper cabinets and drawers.

*Remove all food from the refrigerator.

*Make sure counters, tabletops and appliances are wiped free of excess food and spills.

*Leave furniture arranged as you found it.

*Replace bedspreads after removing your linens.

*Check all drawers, closets, washer/dryer for items that may be left behind.

*Collect all trash and recycling and place it in the outdoor containers.

*Leave the carpets and linoleum “broom clean” of excess debris, food and sand.

*Report any damage or breakage to the landlord.

Very glad that all of you enjoyed our home and our beautiful private, uncrowded beach. We really try to keep our home well maintained and immaculate. My cleaners are the best and really care about my renters. Most homes in this neighborhood have 3 floors and the third floor is great for kids. I would suggest anyone with mobility problems to be on the 2nd floor! The 50 steps to the beach is wonderful for everyone.
