One bedroom apartment located in the quiet and luxurious urbanization Los Palacetes-Paraiso Alto (which has two swimming pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi and 24-hour security), surrounded by several golf courses and just a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona. Our apartment, although located in the municipality of Benahavis, is located a few minutes drive from Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona and San Pedro Alcántara. It is in the luxurious Paraiso Alto (which has private security service 24h), surrounded by several golf courses (Golf El Paraiso, Flamingos Golf Club, Alferini Golf Club, Tramores Golf, Club de Golf El Higueral, Marbella Club Golf Resort ....) and a couple of minutes drive from supermarkets (Mercadona, Supersol and Lidl) and with access to about two kilometers from the A7 motorway. By its very close to the A7 motorway location, in just 10 minutes by car, you can enjoy the beaches of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona. The apartment has one bedroom (with 150cm bed and mattress viscolástica), kitchen, spacious living room (with sofa bed with mattress also 150cm viscolástica), bathroom with tub and a large private patio. The equipment in the apartment is as follows: kitchen - hob - dishwasher - fridge-freezer - kitchenware (dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc ..) - electric coffee maker - microwave LIVING ROOM - TV - dining table with four chairs - sofa bed (with Italian system of opening and mattress 150 cm with viscolástica) - sheets and blankets for the sofa bed at no extra cost - ceiling fan - air conditioning (hot and cold) outdoor patio - outdoor table with four chairs - sofa set rattán and outdoor table bedroom - double bed of 150 cm with viscolástica - TV - towels, blankets and bedspreads no extra cost bATH - hair dryer - towels at no additional cost (not suitable for use in swimming pools) - bathtub - bidet OTHER FACILITIES - iron - ironing board - portable clothesline - PARKING The urbanization where is has two great pools and an outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor complimentary sunbeds at both pools. In the summer months there are pools lifeguard service. It is a very quiet, perfect to relax and enjoy a relaxing holiday area.

Both my husband and I will be available on our mobile phone numbers to any problems that may arise. Also, we send all tenants tourist information of the area by whatsapp. Inside the apartment, there is a paper guide all electrical household appliances and keys Wi-Fi.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Francisca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
