The MASTER SUITE overlooks our private meadow and has its own free-standing gas fireplace, oversized stone shower with never ending on-demand hot water. The multi-level deck with cafe table, napping sofa, or hot tub with waterfall is a great private escape.

Two of the three bedrooms have super comfortable queen beds, with the third bedroom is bunkbeds plus a trundle.

Maximum occupancy allowed per our permit, is 8 adults.

The Rock FIREPLACE in the Living-room opposes a wall of windows looking into the canopy of a heritage oak. The spacious and open kitchen with large windows, and generous counter space accommodates multiple chefs cooking together while overlook the wildlife parade ongoing in the meadow and the distant Bonny Doon mountains.

AIR Conditioning is provided for those few really hot summer days.

HUDGE deck and several distinct outdoor areas:

* MEADOW ROOM made from the tops of redwood trees and sandstone flagstones with fire pit, sofa, and stars to amaze;

*KITCHEN GARDEN provides fresh fruit, herbs, lettuce, and provide lifelong memories harvesting with the kids;

*MEDITATION FOUNTION with benches and bird feeders is often mentioned as a favorite;

*ENCLOSED FRONT GARDEN is a great place to barbacue, visit, or read a book. *Both Gas GRILL and Charcoal Barbecue.

PROPERTY is a full 2 1/2 acres (meadow and wooded park setting) but we back up to thousands of acres of undeveloped land; and located not far from the giant redwoods, a world class zip-line course, and the historic mountain to beach rail line. Boats and canoes will be available at Loch Lomond Reservoir during the summer.

The Pergola Is Handmade From the Tops Of Redwood Trees From The San Lorenzo Valley.

*Sunset trail behind the house, or the Discovery Trail that passes by the equestrian center, and turtle pond is best accessed from the trail head at the top of the road.

The Federal Designated Preservation Area is rich world around our home. It is a Single level California Bungalow with chef's KITCHEN and open floor plan is a great indoor/outdoor space to kick back and enjoy not only the Santa Cruz Mountains but the entire central coast between San Fransisco and Monterey.

Relatively secluded but an easy drive to town and BEACHES. The world famous Santa Cruz Wharf and Beach Boardwalk, and the fabulous West Cliff Drive are found within 10 miles of our bungalow. Big Sur and San Francisco and all the all the treasures between (Monterey, Carmel, Point Lobos, Franklin Point, Pigeon Point, Los Gatos, and Saratoga) are available as day trips from this central location.

We agree that Ben Lomond Bungalow is a great retreat for family get-togethers offering the option of enjoying the meadow, or gardens, deck or cozy indoor spaces as an alternative to heading out for one of the many nearby adventures. Finding great people to share the home with is what makes it possible to offer such a unique property. Not a party home, it is important that vacation rental does not negatively impact our neighbors. How do damage deposits work?
