Entering Bassano in Teverina, to the house:

Leaving the main street "Ortana" meets the road entrance to the village, on the right side before the gas station (Viale Cesare Battisti). Go straight to the end of the downhill, where, after passing the first square on the right - with the big church - you'll find a second square with a smaller church: Piazza Nazario Sauro (your parking). The house is behind the clock tower, going up the stairs that you will find in front of you after you've passed the double arch.

Location description from owner

The Lazio region

Bassano in Teverina

Bassano in Teverina (304 meters on the sea-level, 1.100 inhabitants) is a small centre already attended in Etruscan times (VIII Century b.C.) as witnessed by the square-preserved fortifications in place under the walls and an ancient necropolis. In "recent" times, November 25th,1943, the explosion at the station of Bassano of a train loaded with ammunition destroyed the old village, which was abandoned due to unavailability: the population, however, rebuilt the village, which in 1958 regained the dignity of Town, after having been for thirty-one years an aggregate of the city of Orte.
