Description

This fabulous villa has been completely refurbished to a very high standard for 2018 and is set in lovely grounds that include a swimming pool with children area as well as a large patio area with BBQ to provide ample room for sunbathing and al fresco dining. There is also a vineyard and numerous fruit trees.Free wifi is also available.

The villa is set in Gurkovo which is a very traditional Bulgarian village, and is located approximately 7 miles from the historic fishing and beach resort town of Balchik and even closer to the new golf courses that are in the area.

Gurkovo is an extremely tranquil place surrounded by open sunflower fields in the summer months that are quite stunning.

Please note that all running costs (added by some owners as an extra charge) e.g. cleaning, electricity, water are INCLUDED in the price at Villa Gurkovo.

The villa is set over one floor and comprises as follows:

Spacious open plan lounge / dining area with large sofa and a dining table that can seat up to 6 people.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge etc

Bedroom 1 – large bedroom with king bed and room for a cot, wardrobe and drawers. There is also and en- suite bathroom containing shower, toilet and basin.

Bedroom 2 – Large bedroom with double bed, and wardrobe and additional storage.

Bedroom 3 - Large twin-bedded room with room for two extra single beds, wardrobe and additional storage. Separate bathroom containing shower, toilet and basin. The villa is also equipped with a security system for your complete peace of mind.

All bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is cleaned regularly.

Large patio area finished in natural stone with BBQ, additional patio with sun beds , extensive flower beds and garden lawned area including vineyard and various fruit trees. Large secure driveway. “Fantastic villa”

We have had a really good holiday at villa Gurkovo. The villa has plenty of space both inside and out. The pool and surrounding area are great. My grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and by the end of the holiday could swim confidently. Having the small section of pool was great as the main pool is deep the full length. The renovations have made the villa very comfortable. Gurkovo is a quiet village and the local people very friendly. There are 2 shops in the village for basic supplies and Lidl on the outskirts of Balchik. Hiring the car was a bonus as it seats 7 and is very economical. We found some lovely beaches close by and went to the water park in Albena, a thirty minute drive away. Sami was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this villa.

We had a great holliday in a fantastic house. Nice big Pool,big rooms in the house very clean. We rent the car who was provider by the house it was a great car. Everthing was perfect.
