Precioso apartamento en Ayamonte. Totalmete equipado. Recinto cerrado con piscina. Situado a 50 metros de la playa y de zonas comerciales y de ocio . Zona del paseo marítimo, además de contar con un magnifico campo de golf a 15 minutos andando o a menos de 10 en coche. La playa de punta Del Moral además de contar con varios chiringuitos que ofrecen música en directo en horario nocturno tiene uña logotipo de casi 7km de arena clara y muy fina

Pasado un año, vamos a contestar con una sola palabra: INSUFRIBLES. La persona que alquilo el apartamento no dio la cara nunca ni se comunicó directamente, las señoras que accedieron al apartamento comenzaron a realizar exigencias desmesuradas e irrazonables simplemente por que les dio la gana. Cambiar la lavadora de sitio, instalar un aire acondicionado, que el descodificador de tv no funcionaba... cualquier cosa que les pasaba por la cabeza les servía de excusa para formalizar una queja. Me hizo especial gracia el tema del aire acondicionado, ya que cuando les comenté que en anuncio figura bien claro que no está disponible su respuesta fue: “me extraña que mi hijo alquilase un apartamento sin aire”. Pues igual señora no se leyó el anuncio. En resumen, a los propietarios por favor NO LES ALQUILEN, se ahorrarán muchos dolores de cabeza y malos comentarios en la app maliciosos, falsos y con ganas de perjudicar.

Why can't I call Felipe (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Felipe (the owner) a message.

If Felipe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
