Located in the heart of Spanish town, where the best restaurants, beaches and music await you. Spacious 2,500 sq. ft. open concept condo, with 3 well appointed bedrooms. (king bed, king bed, two twin beds - all Sleep Number beds, plus queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa). Use one of the many kitchen appliances to create breakfast: Vita-mix blender, coffee maker, mixer, crepe maker, toaster oven, and dishwasher. Then drink in the ocean view with hills rising out of the sea as you enjoy your breakfast on your huge covered veranda. Take your beach chairs with you to neighboring Savannah Bay, the most beautiful beach in the BVI. Next choose between a game of tennis or a swim in the pool before you order a poolside drink or lunch. A few steps away is the Solitude Day Spa and Changes Hair Salon. If you want to keep in shape, then time in the fitness center is right for you. Otherwise, a game of darts or reading one of our many books awaits you at your condo in the afternoon. Need a computer? Use ours with FREE WiFi, printer/scanner and office supplies provided. Bring your children for a family vacation and use the pack-n-play, booster seats, stroller, car seats, toys, games and DVD's that are all provided. Maybe a challenging game of chess, checkers, scrabble or backgammon are more your style. Then watch DishNet or one of our many DVD's on your LCD TV.

Why can't I call Toni (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Toni (the owner) a message.

If Toni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
