The house is on an ideal location being nearby the junction of the two central avenues of Athens (Alexandras & Patision), 50m near the Attica's' & Thessaloniki's' Bus Terminal Station, 3 minutes away from the Metro Station Victoria, 50m from the hop on - hop off touristic bus of Athens, and also nearby a taxi station and many central bus and trolley bus stops. Next to the Central Park of Pedion Areos, Mavrommateon str. is one of the classiest streets of Athens with Middle war & early '50s houses and buildings.

Archaeological Museum in front. luxurious fully renovated 40 sq.m you need a place where you can relax after a busy and noisy day this is it.Its made with care and love and all the colors materials and furniture contribute to create a peaceful environment .Even thought it is situated in the hard of Athens it is amazingly quiet.Its has one bedroom with double bed and one couch .the kitchen is small but fully equipped with everything you may need in order to cook.The bathroom has all of essentials and warm water all day,non stop.

    - Hi,please when youre not in, treat my home as it was yours and all will be ok - do not do anything you would not like to be done to you - it is simple :) Because of neighbours please do not make loud noises in the time between 14-17 o'clock and from 23 to 08 o'clock. OBLIGATORY REGISTRATION upon arrival - this is why we`ll ask your ID card or PASSPORT- just to make check in (tourist office)sweetch light off,and also aircondithion and hot water.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
