From the owner

My place is close to Acropolis and the traditional and archaeological center of the city is also very close to the public transportations (metro, tram, buses etc) , the commercial center, family friendly activities and nightlife of Athens. You’ll love my place because of a lot of reasons . My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

There is a baby crib available for babies.

The airconditioning is in the sitting , dinning room and in one bedroom.The other bedroom has a fun.

Some secrets of our house!

The outside door of the building (the one on the sidewalk) is locked after 11:30 in the evening.

The second door of the building, the heavy one, after the first steps, and the outside remains always closed (not locked) during the day.

The bell of the apartment is the one in the middle of the three and writes: KYRIAKOPOULOU-MAYROMMATHS.

When we enter the apartment:

The switch that is left of the main entrance opens automatically the door that is downstairs.

.The apartment has plenty of hot water when it is sunny because it has a solar heater. When it is cloudy the switch for the electric heater is the two first switches on the right and above the electric panel that is right when we go into the apartment.

Τhe apartment has air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom (the blue one).

The other bedroom has a mobile fan at the moment.

In the small wc, for now, I have a problem that is difficult to solve. Some water is pourred at the floor. So, please, always keep the switch of the water,OFF. Just turn the switch on when using the toilet and then turn it off.

At the rootopf, is our own the white metal furniture. When you go up, take along with you gray paddles. Do not forget to close the intermediate metal door that is on the stairs rising to the rooftop.

Attention to the stairs because it is steep and tall.

And please respect the neighbors if they are also at the rooftop.

Please when you are in the rooftop you must respect the quiet hours (15:00-18:00 and 24:00-8:00).

Also, when you check in or out very early in the morning, try not to make much noise with the luggage on the stairs and check if the front door is unlocked before leaving the keys in the apartment.

I'm sorry if you are tired because of many instructions but surely now you know the house as if it is yours and so I want you to feel as much as you are here!

I have instuctions in a 6 pages file that is always in the house. There is always a map of the area. In the file you can find some incstructions for the house, information about the area (supermarkets,bakery and places to eat) and sightseeing places of Athens according my mind. Instructions for the metro :If you haven't a lot of luggage is a nice idea. It will take the most one hour.You will catch the metro at the airport (blue line) and you will change at Syntagma station , where you will take the red line direction Ellinikon. You will get off after two stops at Syngrou-Fix stop.There you will get out from the exit Drakou street.You will be at the pedestrian that is 4 minutes walking from the house.The address of the apartment is Propyleon

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lilly (the owner) a message.

If Lilly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
