From the owner

The 24 sqm studio in Koukaki, next to the Acropolis Museum, is just a walking distance from the Acropolis and the heart of Athens. The Acropolis Metro Station, only a few meters away, links it directly to both the Athens Airport and the Piraeus harbour and on to the greek islands. Thus there is no need for a car. It is fully equipped and has just been renovated by the architect owner.

The flat, on the elevated ground floor is fully secured and easily accessible. There is a comfortable double bed and a baby cot is available on request -ideal for a couple and a baby. The air conditioning makes the apartment very comfortable even through the hottest summer days and nights.

There is FREE internet WI-FI access.

An automatic laundry service is right opposite. Coffee shops, news stands, restaurants and bars around the Acropolis and the tavernas of old Plaka are all at a walking distance. The Acropolis Museum also offers great views to the Acropolis from its beautiful and economic roof terrace Restaurant and Cafeteria. There are many events taking place both in the Museum and in the lively and safe neighbourhood.

The National Garden, the Panathinaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games were held in 1896, Zappeion, the House of Parliament and many other archaeological sites are all at a walking distance. It is also a great experience walking down the Ermou Street shops and to the Monastiraki Flea Market.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nikos (the owner) a message.

If Nikos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
