Our deluxe apartment is located in Koukaki area, one of the quieter, safer and nicer in Athens center, 15 minutes’ walk to Acropolis and Plaka. Bakery, supermarket, meat and vegetable shops, pharmacy, as well as nice coffees and restaurants are all less than 1 minute away.

Open air vegetables, fruit and fish market every Friday in the street. Syntagma square is on walking distance, or can be easily reached by trolley and metro.

The apartment was fully renovated February 2014. Queen size 160x200 double bed in the bedroom and 140x200 sofa bed in the living room, which comfortably sleeps 2. Baby bed upon request.

Although our neighborhood is right in the center of archaeological places (Acropolis - around) and close to night life (Plaka - psyri), at the same time is safe, quiet and nice to sleep in.

Apartment is 5 minutes’ walk to Filopappos hill that is the green spot in Athens center, next to Acropolis.

Metro and tram lines are just 10 min walking distance while bus and troley is just 2 minutes away.

Easy access to marinas and beaches through tram lines and Piraeus port through the green metro line

Pets are not allowed.

For the benefit of all clients, it would be nice to smoke outside in the balconies.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
