Description

The windows and the balcony are on a quiet street and have a side view of the ancient temple of Zeus. There are two air conditioners and also free wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, once a week cleaning and changing of the sheets included in the price, sleeps 4 people.
The owner is the architect of the apartment and has applied contemporary design with modern materials.
It is located in the center of Athens, the metro station "akropoli" is 5' walk, the akropolis museum is 10' walk and the Acropolis entrance 15'
The apartment's size is 70 square meters, has a lot of natural sunlight and is divided in two spaces: the living room with TV-DVD, fully equipped kitchen and the bedroom with a bathroom which has a glass partition and marble interior for hygiene and luxury.

Both spaces are comfortable, have beautiful materials and guarantee a delightful stay.
Ideal for a couple. A sofa turns into two beds with anatomic mattresses in the living room for a third and a forth person or a child.

The owner is an architect and has designed the interior of the apartment with excellent materials, great design and quality of construction.

“Greek Delight!”

Perfectly located boutique apartment within 10 minutes walk of the main attractions including Acropolis, Temple of Zues (overlooks it from the balcony), Olympic Stadium, National Gardens, etc. The apartment has a unique and creative interior design (hence me refering to it as a boutique apartment) with designer fittings, essential appliances and modern accessories (e.g. electronic blinds to block out sunlight, internet TV, WiFi, etc). The apartment is very well maintained and the fridge was stocked with essentials and the bathroom contained toiletteries. It was like staying in a hotel at the price of an apartment. The landlord is an extremely nice person and helped with securing a visa for one of our foreign friends. Further, she was waiting for us on arrival and spent 2 hours with us (despite being 8 months pregnant) going through features of the apartment and also helping us plan our itinerary for the days (places to see, things to eat and ways to get around easily). We had a great holiday and the apartment and the landlord were a big part of making it a fabulous holiday.

we are a family of 4 members - we had a great time staying in this apartment (great apartment, great location - the actual site is even better than the pictures in ads) what makes this apartment so special is Efi and George for their hospitality. I will definitely come back to this apartment again for my next stay in athens.
