Live your Athenian dream in this fully furnished, well equipped and very comfortable boutique apartment with all the modern amenities.

We offer one-of-a-kind living experience.

Enjoy your stay in this beautiful, recently renovated and very clean 1 bedroom apartment of 6th floor. It features a huge balcony with dining area and a gorgeous ancient Greek style fountain "The lady and the dolphin". Free WiFi and door bell camera are available.

LOCATION-TRANSPORTATION

The condo is located in the center of Athens. It takes 20 minutes to be in downtown on foot and by the National Library and University (New-classical buildings). The apt is very close to Ampelokipi Metro station. It takes 3 minutes to go to Syntagma Square (downtown) and 4 minutes to get to the Acropolis by metro. You can also go on foot to the National Archaeological Museum of Athens or by yellow trolley 18 or 19 from our area. Bus stop is also close to the apartment.

IDEAL FOR LEISURE AND BUSINESS TRAVEL

The apt is ideal for a solo guest or a couple or 3 guests and for leisure or business travel. Super markets, copy centers, pharmacy, convenience store, laundry and bakeries are across the street or next block.

Bicycle rental is available at extra charge. The apartment has an air-con, two ceiling fans, a LED flat screen TV, a smoke-fire detector and a brand new fire extinguisher. Bicycle tool kit is provided for free during your stay.
