An important advantage of this apartment is its location.

The apartment is large and sunny. It is on the 4th floor and consists of two bedrooms, a large living and dining room, a kitchen and two restrooms (a bathroom and a toilet). There is a 22.5m long balcony extending to both sides of the apartment. The view is on the National Observatory and Mount Hymettus. Guests can enjoy both morning coffee and an evening drink overlooking the street from the 4th floor. All apartment rooms have access to the balcony.

The neighbourhood is a quiet one, as is the apartment. The air conditioning system and the glass panels are newly installed, as is a solar water heater. Mattresses, bed sheets are new, kitchen appliances and the Tv set are new or mostly new. The apartment decoration aims to offer an insider's experience of living in today's Greece. Most of the original art is by yours truly, host Michalis, a professional artist.

Getting around

The apartment is served by two metro stations. The Keramikos station (Metro line 3-Airport direct) is 10 min on foot, or 700m. Metro line 1 (Thissio station) is more convenient. It is only 3 min on foot (pedestrian) or 300 m and offers direct access to the harbor and the islands. There is free parking on the street; easy or less easy to find depends on the hour of the day.

Interaction with guest

I usually greet guests and show them the apartment in person. I can answer your questions, if any, and share tips. Please have your passport or travelers id handy for the check-in! Communication, both before arrival and during your stay should be through the platform. In case there is anything else you might need, I live just round the corner and you only have to ask!

“Lovely spacious apartment in excellent location”

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed (we were five people). It's in a very convenient location in Athens, an easy walk (c. 15 mins) to the Acropolis and the other ancient sites. The neighbourhood is also very pleasant, with a number of cafes and an excellent vibe! Hardly any traffic or other noise... thank you, Michalis!

How do damage deposits work?

If Michail (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
