This stylish luxurious and exceptionally spacious (2,500 sq ft) 4 bedroom house (sleeps 9 + 2 babies) is located seconds away from a beautiful private beach. It is particularly suited to families with children. The UKs answer to the Hamptons, just 90 minutes away from central London. The comfortable and stylish interior has a treat around every corner with sea views from two doubles and twin bedroom, a glamorous free standing bath in the master-suite bathroom, a new top notch kitchen complete with sociable dining area, a spacious sitting room with contemporary furnishings, WiFi, full Sky package, a formal dining room with elegant French doors opening on to a large decked area, ideal for sunbathing. To the rear of the house is a large back garden with a wide lawn, mature shrubs. Complete privacy is ensured when the front gates to the house are shut. Please note that the bunk bedroom is downstairs in the house it has a single bed at the top and a double bed at the bottom.

Accommodation overview:

Downstairs there is a large 35 foot open plan kitchen with up to date appliances including an American Fridge Freezer, 2 ovens, dishwasher and TV with Sky. The dining table is a long oak table which seats 12 people, patio doors onto paved and decked area. Next door is a utility room with Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room is a large summery room with 3 floor to ceiling windows, furnished with a contemporary L shaped cream leather sofa, 2 large leather chairs and a large plasma screen with Sky. Leading on from the sitting room (this can be open plan) is a formal dining room with a table to seat 8 and French doors to the front decked garden. Upstairs there is a large family bathroom with twin sinks, shower and glamorous free standing bath plus king size and large double bedroom with its own bathroom, a twin bedroom with 2 singles and an ensuite shower room. There is also a bunk bedroom with a double lower bunk and single upper bunk this is situated downstairs. Outside in the rear garden there is parking for 3 cars, a wide lawn, decked dining area seating 8/10 and BBQ.
