Welcome to our IMMACULATE Family-Friendly, Custom-built, Almost-new Modern Waterfront Home, set on 3 Acres of beautiful private property in the incomparable Thousand Islands, NY - the perfect setting for an idyllic vacation.

The features and amenities of this unique property are unmatched in the area! Enormous rooms, offering twice the space of most other properties! Several lots were purchased to form this huge 3-acre refuge of privacy and solitude, right on the water. Your own private paved road leads you to a fresh, modern, light-filled, scenic vacation sanctuary. Optional ultra high-speed internet (a premium feature, since many homes in the area do not have access to Internet at all) and 2 brand new crystal-clear large screen TV's: apx. 350 channels including movie, children's, sports and specialty channels. We have tried to think of everything to enhance your holiday pleasure!

Breathtaking panoramic views,including majestic Boldt Castle (voted #1), the mighty St. Lawrence River, and ships passing by from all over the world! Glorious sunrises + sunsets! We are located in the exclusive and historic upscale private community of Westminster Park on Wellesley Island, NY. Accessible by boat OR car. Quiet, secure and serene yet only 5 minutes to the excitement of Alexandria Bay. Then, return "home" to your own peaceful enclave.

Lots of windows + sliding glass doors offer unlimited opportunities to enjoy the magnificent views from indoors and out. Large, full-length upstairs balcony overlooking the river, large deck, with stainless steel barbecue, in the private fenced yard. Lots of outdoor tables + chairs. Private dock space, sheltered from the St Lawrence River, steps from your front door, available upon prior arrangement. Our very own private paved road and acres of green space offer much-valued privacy. New firepit overlooking the River, for wonderful evenings by the fire (with an iluminated castle in the background, like something out of a fairy-tale)!

Area attractions and activities include wonderful sightseeing opportunities, including two castles, lighthouses, tours by boat or helicopter or hot air balloon, live theater and music, artists colony, fine and casual dining, spas (or relax with a private massage, outdoors, on your beautiful property), night life, antique shops, charming boutiques, free winery tours,your choice of many local wineries, horseback riding, hunting, swimming, scuba diving and snorkeling in crystal clear water (the area is said to offer the finest fresh water scuba diving in the world!), several zoos, fairy-tale playground, whitewater river rafting, kayaking, go-karting on the longest track in the state of NY!, bumper cars, arcade, manicured golf courses, scenic miniature golf, tennis, giant (almost life-sized) chess game, historical sites and reenactments, cycling, boating, jet-skiing, beaches, nature center (ranked in the top 5 in the US), hiking trails, world class fishing (among the top 10 in the US), flyboarding, ziplining, and more! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
