Apartamento "LOS GIRASOLES" es un apartamento tranquilo, con un hermoso balcón situado a sólo 100 metros de la playa, en la mejor zona de la Bahía de Alcudia (la playa más larga de las playas de Mallorca con alrededor de 10 km de arena).

Este apartamento, de capacidad máxima para 6 personas, es ideal para parejas y familias que desean descansar en un lugar tranquilo y disfrutar del mar.

Apartamento "LOS GIRASOLES" está situado en el límite entre el Puerto de Alcudia y Platja de Muro, puede ser la mejor zona de la playa de la Bahía de Alcudia. El apartamento está situado en el segundo piso. Hay aparcamiento en la calle (el aparcamiento es gratis, sin límite de tiempo y siempre hay lugar de estacionamiento) y la playa a sólo 100 metros. Este es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la brisa en las tumbonas.

En este luminoso apartamento hay una habitación doble (cama de 160 cm x 200 cm), una habitación con dos camas, un baño, una cocina, un comedor con lugar para 6 persona y una zona de sofás muy cómodos con un sofá cama. Desde el salón se accede a la mejor zona de la vivienda, la terraza de 20m2. En la terraza tiene una mesa de comedor al aire libre con lugar para 6 personas, un par de terrazas y una barbacoa para las noches más mágicas.

Al lado del apartamento se puede encontrar algunos restaurantes, bares, supermercados, clubes de tenis, parques acuáticos y muchas atracciones, especialmente para los niños.

El apartamento cuenta con TV plana, receptor por satélite con canales internacionales y zona WIFI gratis.

Port d′Alcudia es un pequeño puerto pesquero, que hoy en día se ha convertido en un lugar popular para las personas que disfrutan de la vida en la playa. El paseo marítimo ha ganado varios concursos de arquitectura y urbanismo y es el escenario perfecto para caminar con su fragante aroma y la agradable brisa, entre "llaüts", los barcos de pesca tradicionales, y el moderno puerto deportivo Alcudiamar.

Por otro lado, allí también encontrará los mejores restaurantes de pescado, heladerías y tiendas de ropa. Y frente a la playa, kilómetros de arena fina que dibuja la bahía de Alcúdia con sus cristalinas aguas de color turquesa. Es la playa más popular, que cuenta con todo tipo de servicios: bares, alquiler de embarcaciones y cursos de vela y un parque acuático.

Pero esta playa, la más larga de Mallorca (10 km), no es la única. En las inmediaciones encontrará casi una veintena: de arena, cantos rodados, rocosas, accesibles sólo por mar. Entre las playas íntimas destaca Alcanada, o la S′Illot Coll Baix. Esta última es una verdadera maravilla de la naturaleza a la que sólo se accede en barco o después de una agradable excursión entre pinos y rocas.

Precisamente desde el Coll Baix comienzan algunas excursiones muy interesantes para los amantes del trekking y la naturaleza a medida que sube a Sa Talaia, antigua atalaya defensiva en el punto más alto del municipio. Desde arriba vemos dos bahías, la Serra, Alcúdia, el Pla de Mallorca y cuando el día es claro, la costa de Menorca.

Pero si hay una cita imprescindible para los amantes de la naturaleza, es S′Albufereta y S′Albufera: dos de los mayores humedales, de relevante valor ecológico, de las Islas Baleares, con importantes especies vegetales y animales.

También muy cerca de la vivienda se encuentra el casco antiguo de Alcúdia, cuyo nombre aúna la huella árabe y romana. Situada cerca de la Serra de Tramuntana, Alcúdia está de espaldas a la Mallorca rural, a los pies las aguas de dos bahías: el norte de Pollença y Alcúdia este. Alcúdia se encuentra en el centro de esta zona de contrastes, entre la pared de piedra de la Serra y las calas de arena de la bahía de Alcudia, entre el viento del norte, el mar y el interior.

Alcúdia atesora un importante legado histórico y la esencia de la vida mediterránea, donde todo sucede despacio, donde todo se saborea y disfruta. Dentro de sus murallas medievales (que se comenzaron a construir en el año 1300) se encuentra Sa Plaza: el lugar de reunión de los "alcudienses", lugar de paso, el punto de encuentro. A su alrededor se encuentran bares, restaurantes y terrazas para disfrutar de la mejor gastronomía de la isla.
