From the owner

Traditional house in the village of Alcornocal, the municipality of Fuente-Obejuna in the province of Cordoba, a privileged environment meadow in Sierra Morena. Rehabilitated in 2003, respecting the original layout and incorporates singularities that give own personality and integrated in its environment. The geographical height of the village (over 800 m) and contructivas features of the house, with thick walls, gives a natural freshness to housing and the area which makes air conditioning unnecessary. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one on the ground floor with shower and two at the top with bath), two lounges with fireplace, games room and TV and fully equipped kitchen; Hob, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware. Fully equipped with linens, blankets and towels. It has a spacious porch from which there is access to a large patio where the barbecue and a swimming pool, reminiscent pools for irrigation of traditional orchards are located.

La casa fue alquilada para 8 personas y la ocuparon al menos 12. La fianza no se devolvió por el desorden y la suciedad con que dejaron la casa y por el exceso de ocupación.

Rincón del valle del Guadiato lleno de paz. La casa esta muy bien acondicionada. Acogedora y grande. Piscina muy cuidada.El patio y el porche lo mejor.
