Graziosa villetta con posto auto a pochi passi dal mare! Si trova in Via degli Oleandri.
L'abitazione dista circa 100 metri dal mare raggiungibile a piedi. Piano terra composto da una cucina attrezzata di stoviglie e utensili, di un doppio frigo con congelatore, di una lavatrice e di un forno elettrico.
Tutto perfettamente funzionante.
Il soggiorno è molto ampio, arieggiato e luminoso. Il bagno è fornito di doccia, bidet, e asciugacapelli. Ci sono due camere da letto con i rispettivi armadi di cui una camera dove è possibile dividere i letti trasformandola in cameretta per bambini. Sia la cucina che il soggiorno spuntano in un ampia veranda dove è possibile pranzare e cenare in tutta tranquillità perchè coperta da una tettoia. La scala a chiocciola situata ai lati della veranda porta al terrazzo dove è possibile anche li pranzare o cenare perchè provvisto di tavolo con sedie ed ombrellone e dove si puo' prendere il caldo sole di Sicilia in santa pace.

Dalle nostre parti ci sono tante attrazioni che vale la pena visitare.

Scopello:
L'abitato conta circa 80 residenti, cresciuta attorno ad un antico baglio, distante poco più di 10 km dal capoluogo comunale, che d'estate diventano circa duemila. Nei pressi si trova la Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro e i "faraglioni di Scopello", con l'attigua tonnara.

A poca distanza dal baglio si trova Guidaloca, una baia limitata dal "Pizzo della Gnacara" e dalla "Puntazza". Al suo interno si trova una grande spiaggia a forma d'arco formata da ciottoli, lunga circa 400 metri. Sul lato ovest della "cala" è presente una torre cilindrica risalente al XVI secolo, posta a guardia di quel tratto di costa.

CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO :
Questa cittadina, che sorge sull'omonimo golfo, fonda la propria identità sul mare. Nato come emporio marino per i commerci della vicina Segesta, sul suo mare si riflettono le torri di avvistamento e i baluardi difensivi del castello. Ed è sul mare che si svolge la vita e si animano le serate estive.

Segesta:
La vecchia città sorge sul Monte Barbaro, nel comune di Calatafimi Segesta, a una decina di chilometri da Alcamo e da Castellammare del Golfo.
Di particolare bellezza sono il tempio, in stile dorico, e il teatro, in parte scavato nella roccia della collina.

ERICE :
Visitare Erice significa, perdersi tra mille scorci di stradine basolate, fortificazioni, antiche chiese (la Matrice e Sant'Orsola), conventi, botteghe artigiane (produzione di ceramica, dolci tipici, tappeti), pinete e giardini, per poi smarrirsi, sul bordo della cittadina, in panorami mozzafiato verso le isole Egadi, lo Stagnone, le Saline.

LE SALINE DI TRAPANI :
Piu' di qualunque altro lavoro, la raccolta del sale è legata strettamente all'andamento climatico dei mesi che vanno da marzo a ottobre. Il luogo è particolare .Il risultato è uno splendido connubio tra natura e lavoro umano.

BALESTRATE:
(Balistrati o, localmente, Sicciara in siciliano è un comune italiano di 6.650 abitanti della provincia di Palermo in Sicilia. È situato al centro del Golfo di Castellammare, al confine con la provincia di Trapani. È equidistante (circa 50 km) da Palermo e da Trapani.

ALCAMO:
Paese di 50.000 abitanti con una grande storia alle spalle.
E' situata al confine con la provincia di Palermo, a una distanza di circa 50 km sia da Palermo che da Trapani. Sorge ai piedi del Monte Bonifato.
Una grande struttura storica è il Castello dei Conti di Modica tutt'oggi presente in ottime condizioni allorché restaurato in tempi recenti. Il castello risalirebbe al XIV-XV secolo ad opera della famiglia Peralta . Fu in possesso dei Cabrera Conti di Modica fino al 1812, in seguito,durante il regno d'Italia fu adibito a carcere fino agli anni sessanta, soggiornò nel 1535 l'Imperatore Carlo V. La struttura del castello è a forma romboidale con 4 torri delle quali 2 quadrate presenti agli angoli e 2 circolari unite da cortine. Nelle varie torri era presente una stanza di tortura per i prigionieri, locali per le sentinelle ed alloggi per i sovrani di passaggio. Una delle caratteristiche peculiari del castello è data dalle spesse mura che lo delimitano, le quali un tempo difendevano egregiamente l'edificio dagli attacchi nemici.
