This is a beautiful Villa right in the heart of the stunning Vineyards Resort. This Resort is a Gated Complex and has 24/7 security.
The Villa has it's own private Kidney-shaped Swimming Pool and generous sunbathing areas surrounding it, complete with Loungers. Television, DVD and WiFi are all included for your convenience along with Air Conditioning throughout. The Vineyards Resort also has two large communal swimming pools, one with a pool-bar. There is a Health Spa and two restaurants on site, as well as a small convenience shop. The Resort has 24-hour Security with CCTV. You need only to relax and enjoy.
Our Villa is open-plan on the ground floor, containing Kitchen, Dining Area and TV Lounge. Upstairs contains two bedrooms (one is en-suite) and a Bathroom. the Villa has Air-Conditioning throughout for your complete comfort.

Outside there are two good-size lawns surrounding a private kidney-shaped swimming pool and plenty of space to lounge and soak up the sun.
Summer in Bulgaria means 90% sunshine with temperatures between 30 and 40 degrees, so no problem getting a good suntan.

The Villa is only a 10 minute drive from the famous Sunny Beach and the Old Historic Town of Nessebar. Bourgas Airport is only 15 minutes from the Vineyards Resort.

No Stag or Hen parties allowed. Otherwise, guests are asked to respect others and keep party volume down, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Also be aware that our private Swimming Pool is 1.5M deep with no shallow end. So non-swimmers and children should be supervised at all times.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bobby (the owner) a message.

If Bobby (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
