    Non le permetto di fare delle insinuazioni gratuite e non veritiere, innanzitutto non è scritto da nessuna parte che abbiamo un parcheggio privato gratuito ma il parcheggio è su strada in quanto la nostra è una struttura nel cuore della città. Vi è un passaggio pedonale da rispettare e voi non lo avete rispettato pertanto ecco la multa che non è un problema mio ma vostro. Noi siamo un appartamento non un b&b pertanto la colazione non è obbligatoria. Detto questo cara signora lei è in mala fede perché siete stati trattati con gentilezza e con tutto rispetto cosa che a lei manca. Riveda un po’ la sua mentalità . Quando si viaggia bisogna aprire la mente!

    How do damage deposits work?
