Description

This apartment looks out into the beautiful Lake Voulismeni and offers the best view in Agios Nikolaos as it is on the second floor of the building. It takes only minutes of walking to clear-watered beaches, Greek taverns, local shops, supermarkets, museums, restaurants, bars and a variety of other facilities that the city offers.

As for the parking you can find very close parking with payment (3 euro all day), and for free parking you can park in the road behind the apartment as long as you find place.

The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen with upper and lower cabinets, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates and plenty of cutlery and crockery.

In the dining room you can find the table with 4 chairs.

The bathroom has a big shower tub, the toilet and a washing machine.

A double bed and a sofa can be found in the front bedroom and two single beds for the children in the back one (all beds include anatomic mattresses).

HAIRDRIER is INCLUDED also.

And a private balcony with table, chairs where you can admire the panoramic view to the lake and to the rock bounds.

“Fabulous apartment!”

Never get around to writing reviews but need to for this apartment, as it was so good! My husband and myself stayed here for a week. The apartment was fab for the two of us but would have fitted 4 or 5 easily. Michael met us with a sturdy handshake and big smile downstairs in his café and then showed us around. Both Michael and his wife were the most lovely and friendly hosts ever. The fridge had been filled with lots of welcome food, especially when we arrived pretty late and were tired and hungry! There were bottles of water, juice, bread, cakes, eggs, jam and butter, cheese, coffee, wine.... the list goes on! Agios Nikolaos was such a lovely place to stay. The apartment overlooked the lake and was in the most perfect spot for everything. We worried that being in the thick of things might make the apartment noisy but it wasn't at all. We felt completely chilled, walking around the town and down to the nearest beach most days. Don't hesitate to book this apartment. And don't forget the owners cafe downstairs (Cafe 12) - they make the most amazing chocolate pie and icecream! Hope to stay here again soon. Good luck with the business Michael!

This is a wonderful apartment with fantastic views over the lake at Ag Nik. Michael is the kindest host imaginable and went out of his way to help us at all times. He welcomed us with fresh orange juice when we arrived and showed us round the apartment which was equipped with everything you could need.The fridge was full of goodies-cheese,eggs apples,butter,jam etc and even a big fresh chocolate cake!! The kitchen had so much equipment too-big kettle,2 coffee machines(and filter coffee and papers and coffee pods)toaster ,juicer,etc etc We had a wonerful time watching the various activities around the lake. the beaches,shops and restaurants are all within walking distance and we can't wait to be able to visit again.

Nice spacious flat with fantastic views over the lake. The flat is in the centre of Agios Nikolaos, with shops and restaurant all within easy walking distance. Good wifi Our late arrival was met with a slice of Pizza and goodies in the fridge, Michael is an exceptionally welcoming host who made our arrival and time there a real joy. thanks again Michael for a wonderful stay.

The Location is very impressive, its really fun to sit on the balcony and have a look to the lake and the people.the Apartment is large, very well equipped especially also the kitchen.good isolated Windows. Michael and irina are very friendly and always ready to help. Parking the car is no Problem. We will come again and recommend it to our friends.
