THALASSA - ΘΑΛΑΣΣΑ

The Greek word for sea: a large body of salt water that is surrounded in whole or in part by land. More broadly, the sea is the interconnected system of Earth's salty, oceanic waters—considered as one global ocean or as several principal oceanic divisions.

With a luxurious interior and tasteful decor Thalassa is a two storey 75m² designed stone built house. It can sleep 4 people in 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms with shuttered windows and orthopedic mattresses.

Our villa complex is a privately owned gated property with plenty of space for parking. It has TV/Satellite TV & free WIFI throughout, a safe in each house for your important documents plus a First Aid Kit, Smoke Detector Alarm and Fire Extinguisher. Each house is fitted with 100% cotton bed linen, soft bathroom towels and extra pool towels for each guest. We provide a welcome basket, shampoos, hair conditioner and body cream.

House Thalassa is the house on the right in the main Villa Liostasi photo.

We pride ourselves on your holiday being everything you expected it to be. We are happy to help arrange airport transfers and can help with car & bike hire too. The supermarket ‘Coop Varagoulis’ in the centre of the village Agios Mattheos offers home delivery and will even take you to and from the villa in their van to do the shopping yourself! We will assist with a smile whatever your needs... please just let us know.

Thalassa Lower Floor

Kitchen & Dining Room: a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, electric stove/oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, large fridge freezer, apron, steam iron and a dining table that seats six. A highchair for children and crib are available on request. Air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI.

Bathroom: with toilet, shower cabin, wash basin, hair dryer & hair straighteners.

Twin Bedroom: 2 single beds with orthopedic mattresses. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.

Thalassa Top Floor

Double Bedroom: with orthopedic mattress on a double bed and en-suite WC. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.

Large Veranda: This bedroom has a second larger veranda with a spectacular mountain view at the back & overlooking the pool at the front and a table for 6 people.

Outside

Outdoor Laundry Room: with washing machine and detergents.

Communal Garden & Swimming Pool: a large and beautifully green garden that boasts a swimming pool 12 x 8 x 1.7m deep (with children's smaller pool) adorned with cushions, sun loungers and umbrellas. A playground and seating area are next to the pool. Private and for our guests use only (max 11), it is not open for public use.

Stone built BBQ area.

Parking: ample space for secure parking on the property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christos (the owner) a message.

If Christos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
